Description
NALCO PC-510T is a specialized antiscalant and dispersant engineered for reverse osmosis (RO) systems operating with high silica feedwaters. Capable of handling reject brine silica levels up to 230 ppm at 30°C and pH 7.5, it provides exceptional protection against silica fouling through anti-precipitation, anti-agglomeration, and dispersancy mechanisms. In addition to silica, PC-510T effectively inhibits calcium carbonate and calcium sulphate scaling, ensuring long-term membrane performance. Unlike conventional antiscalants, it remains effective even in the presence of iron, delivering superior reliability and efficiency in challenging RO operations.
